The Vuleka Trust runs the following programme at their Koinonia Conference Centre.

Managing Diversity

This programme is a 3-module training opportunity. This course is residential and participants are required to be present for the entire course.

1. Managing Diversity: working with our bias
   This course starts at 8:30am on a Friday and ends after lunch on Sunday.
   
2. Managing Diversity: confronting racism and other structural injustices
   This course starts at 8:30am on a Friday and ends lunch on Sunday.
   
3. Managing Diversity: dealing with the pain
   This course begins at 3:30pm on a Friday and ends after lunch on Sunday.
